HalloWeek 2017 Outer Banks Halloween Film Festival and Parade, Oct. 26-29!

The 2nd Halloween International Film Festival returns to Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina October 26-28, 2017 during HalloWeek on the Outer Banks, presented by OBX Entertainment, featuring independent films submitted from around the world, followed by the 4th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade on Sunday, Oct. 29, where all attending filmmakers are invited as guests of honor.

All Festival film screenings will once again be shown at RC Theatres Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, followed by nightly after parties, as well as costume contests, Scaryoke, special guest Q&A panels, meet and greets, photo ops, and more Halloween events to be announced.

4th Annual OUTER BANKS HALLOWEEN PARADE - Sunday, October 29, 0217

The 4th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade is a free, family friendly event for all ages on Sunday, Oct. 29, starting with the pre-parade party at 2pm and the walking parade itself beginning at 3pm, followed immediately by an awards ceremony for the best costume contest winners, outside on the lawn of Kelly’s Restaurant and Tavern in Nags Head.
