HalloWeek 2017 Outer Banks Halloween Events, Oct. 25-29!
SPOOKY SIPS WINE TASTING – OCT. 25 – 5pm at Sweet T’s
Sweet T’s Coffee, Beer, & Wine in Duck hosts Stacey’s Spooky Sips Wine Tasting, starting at 5pm on Wednesday, Oct. 25, featuring five seasonal wines with small food pairings for $15 per person. Reservations are required, at 252-480-2326.
HALLOWEEN FILM FESTIVAL – OCT. 26-28 at R/C Theatres Kill Devil Hills
The 2nd Halloween International Film Festival returns to Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina October 26-28, featuring over 40 independent films from around the world, including many locally filmed shorts, world premieres, visiting filmmakers, cast, and crew, as well as Q&As, meet & greets, and nightly photo ops on the Orange Carpet.
All Festival film screenings will once again be shown at RC Theatres Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, starting at 1pm each day.
TICKETS are just $12 for a single day of films or $30 for all access to all three days of films.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY – Oct. 27 – 11pm-2am at Longboard’s Grill
OBXtravaganza hosts the official Halloween Film Festival After Party, featuring DJ Lex and a $300-prize costume contest, on Friday night, Oct. 27 at Longboard’s Grill in Kitty Hawk. Show your film festival ticket at the door to waive the cover charge for free admission to this event!
BEWITCHING BLOODY BRUNCH – Oct. 28 – 11am-1pm at Jolly Roger
There’s no better way to kick off your Saturday than with a sampler of Jolly’s award-winning chicken wings and ribs, along with your own uniquely crafted cocktail that you get to build yourself, with Jolly Roger’s signature mix and a ghoulish array of garnishes, including bacon, steamed shrimp, stuffed olives, and a variety of killer hot sauces, all for just $20, from 11am to 1pm on Oct. 28.
HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL – Oct. 28 – 11am-4pm at Kmart
A family friendly Halloween Carnival for all ages awaits at Kmart in Kill Devil Hills on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 11am to 4pm, featuring free games, costume contests, and ghoulishly great prizes.
And be sure to visit the amazing Halfmoon Hollow display of handmade, custom built Halloween animatronics and decorations, on exhibit in a special walk-through experience, showing daily at Kmart through Oct. 31.
TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT – OCT. 28 – 4pm at First Flight Elementary School
Trick or Treat Night returns to First FRIGHT Elementary School in Kill Devil Hills on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 4 to 7:30pm, an annual fundraiser for the First Flight Elementary PTO.
In addition to trick or treating, the all ages event also includes a cake walk, silent auction, family friendly games, and a scary haunted house, as well as tattoos, glow necklaces, and a photo booth by Five Fish Photography. Slice Pizzeria will be on hand with pizza and hotdogs for dinner.
This event is all ages friendly (except the haunted house) and open to the public. Admission is $2 per person and attendees are asked to please bring a non-perishable food item for the food drive. The Raffle Drawing will take place at 6:30pm.
HALLOWEEN PARADE – OCT. 29 – 2pm at Kelly’s
The 4th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade is a free, family friendly event for all ages on Sunday, Oct. 29, starting with the pre-parade party at 2pm and the walking parade itself beginning at 3pm, followed immediately by an awards ceremony for the best costume contest winners, outside on the lawn of Kelly’s Restaurant and Tavern in Nags Head.
