Bearded Face Productions presents the strongest lineup to date for the 7th Annual Mustang Spring Jam, with five national touring bands playing nonstop live music at Mike Dianna’s Grill Room in Corolla from 1 to 10pm on Sunday, May 20.

The Marcus King Band from Greenville, South Carolina will headline Mustang Spring Jam 7, bringing soul-influenced psychedelic southern rock to the event. The highly sought-after band is a group of masterful musicians who play everything from funky R&B to Americana.

Asheville, NC based progressive American folk band Fireside Collective will delight listeners with their stringed instruments and energetic live show.

“Fireside is beyond excited to return to Corolla for Mustang Spring Jam,” said Fireside Collective’s mandolin player Jesse Iaquinto. “Corolla has been one of the most important places for us over the years, and in many ways, is responsible for the band’s formation. We look forward to seeing our fans on the OBX who have supported us every step of the way!”

Other bands that will be rocking the two stages at Mustang Spring Jam 7 are indie rock-reggae band Of Good Nature from Charlotte, NC, progressive southern funk rock band Porch 40 from Cullowhee, NC, and Outer Banks reggae band Sensi Trails.

“As a local band, it feels good to be apart of something that gives back to our community,” said Sensi Trails vocalist and guitar player Kyle Rising. “We are very grateful for this opportunity and would like to thank Mike Dianna at Bearded Face Productions for helping grow the music scene here on the Outer Banks.”

Student bands from the Mustang Outreach Program will also take the stage at Mustang Spring Jam.

Mike Dianna’s Grill Room will be serving their outdoor cookout menu and selling beer, wine and cocktails throughout the event.

Mustang Spring Jam 7 tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day of show. Children 12 and under are free. A very limited number of advance only VIP tickets are available for $99.

The VIP tickets will provide the ultimate guest experience with access inside Mike Dianna’s Grill Room for a fabulous brunch and delectable dinner, three beverage tickets and a private bar. VIP guests will also have early access to the venue.

Tickets to the family-friendly event will be available to purchase at MustangMusicFestival.com and at Trio in Kitty Hawk starting this Friday, February 9.

A portion of the event proceeds will go to the Corolla Wild Horse Fund and the Mustang Outreach Program. The Corolla Wild Horse Fund protects, conserves, and responsibly manages the herd of wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs roaming freely on the northernmost Currituck Outer Banks. The Mustang Outreach Program supplements the cultural arts programs in local schools with world class music performances, residencies and mentoring programs.

Founded in 2011, Bearded Face Productions is a full service promotion and production company serving the Outer Banks and beyond in concert, festival and event booking, management and consulting.
