‘Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks’ Season 3 Premiere Party Fundraiser This Weekend

The popular NatGeo (National Geographic Channel) series Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks, filmed locally on the Outer Banks, North Carolina, returns for Season 3 this Monday, but attendees at this weekend’s premiere party fundraiser at Pirate’s Cove Marina will get to see the first episode of the new season two days early.  

The local premiere party event is happening this Saturday, July 23, starting at 6pm at Pirate’s Cove Marina in Manteo.

The Season 2 finale will be screened first, to be followed by the first ever public screening of this Monday’s Season 3 premiere episode.

The local Outer Banks captains to be featured on the show this year, including two-time defending winner Capt. Greg Mayer of the Fishin’ Frenzy, Capt. Britton Shackelford of the Doghouse, and Capt. Charlie Griffin of the Reels of Fortune, will be present and available for photos with fans. 

Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door, and they can be purchased in advance online here.

The event is a fundraiser for the North Carolina Watermen United, an organization that protects the rights of fishermen in North Carolina.
