Weekend Movie Update – July 15, 2016: ‘Ghostbusters’ Reborn
A new team of Ghostbusters is ready to battle the evil spirits of New York City in theaters this week, while Pets continue their Secret Life at The Pioneer.

Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, and Leslie Jones are the ‘Ghostbusters’.
From the studio that brought you Minions, the animated family comedy The Secret Life of Pets (rated PG) continues its run at The Pioneer Theatre in Manteo through July 21.
Showtime at The Pioneer is 8pm nightly.

The rebooted Ghostbusters (rated PG13) opens Friday at RC Theatres in Kill Devil Hills, with early preview screenings set for tonight (Thursday) in standard (2D) format at 7, 7:45, and 9:40pm and in 3D at 10:20pm.
The new ‘Ghostbusters’ are fired up to have a blast.
Starring an all star comedy team of Kristen Wiig, Melisa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, along with Chris Hemsworth and most of the original Ghostbusters cast, including Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd, in cameo appearances, you can watch the latest trailer in the player below!
