Outer Banks Soundside Live Concert Comes To Beach [Video / Photo Gallery]

The Soundside Live concert, originally scheduled as a ticketed event presented by the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau that was to take place at the as-yet-unfinished Outer Banks Event Site, was relocated to the south side of Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head for free admission, resulting in a well attended rarity for Dare County, a professional concert by national recording artists on the beach.

As the sun set to the west, the bands Greensky Bluegrass and Roadkill Ghost Choir took the stage for almost four hours of live music on Thursday, May 7, and OBX Entertainment dropped in to bring you some of the sights and sounds from the event, which took place in conjunction with National Tourism Week, May 2-10.

You can watch video highlights from the concert, featuring Greensky Bluegrass, in the player below, and then scroll down to view exclusive images in our photo gallery!
