Dare County Arts Council has announced new details about the upcoming Song To Stage Songwriting Workshop, featuring multi-award winning songwriter and veteran instructor Louisa Branscomb (Founder, Branscomb Mastercraft) and bluegrass music’s fastest rising act Nu-Blu.

Outer Banks locals can register for the three-day workshop at a special locals rate of $250. Reservations are now open at songtostage.com.

The program is an inspiring, dynamic curriculum filled with skill-building experiences designed to meet songwriters of all levels in their professional careers.

Whether you are working to develop songwriting for fun, personal enrichment, or professional aspirations, Song to Stage will help inspire and support those goals. It covers all aspects ranging from inspiration, craft, recording pitching and performing. It is an exciting, fun-filled, and personally supportive place to find what you are looking for.

The program will be hosted at the Dare County Arts Council in Manteo, NC from April 17-19.

The workshop will kick off with a special concert featuring Louisa Branscomb and Nu Blu on Friday, April 17 at 8pm at Sugar Creek Restaurant in Nags Head, located at 7340 S Virginia Dare Trail.

Concert admission is $10. Workshop students will be admitted for free.

Dare County Arts Council will be providing a scholarship for one student to attend the workshop for free.
