Village Realty has announced that Matt Myatt is their top sales agent for the sixth year in a row.

Since 2008, Village Realty Broker Matt Myatt has excelled in surpassing sales goals, breaking personal records and once again earning him a place at the top.

Originally from Ridgewood, NJ, Myatt joined the property sales team at Village Realty in 2004, a year after earning his North Carolina real estate license. The 2002 graduate of Elon University’s Love School of Business enjoyed many youthful family vacations on the Outer Banks before ultimately deciding to make a permanent move to the barrier islands, where he now resides with his wife, Jenny.
