‘Spider-Man’ is back in action in theaters.
Playing at the historic Pioneer Theatre in Manteo, Marvel’s most popular superhero returns this week in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (rated PG13).
Showtime at the Pioneer is 8pm nightly.
Spider-Man meets a spider-fan in ‘The Amazing’ sequel.
Reuniting Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) and Emma Stone (Zombieland) from the last Spider-Man film, the sequel also throws in Jamie Foxx (Ray) as Electro, Paul Giamatti (Sideways) as Rhino, and University of North Carolina School of Arts graduate Dane Dehaan (Chronicle) as Harry Osborne/The Green Goblin.

Directed by Clint Eastwood (Unforgiven), Jersey Boys (rated R) tells the true story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, opening Friday at R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills.
