Weekend Movie Update – Feb. 14, 2014: 'About' Robocop

‘Robocop’ returns to theaters this week.
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (rated PG13) starts Friday at the historic Pioneer Theatre in Manteo, playing for one week, reviving the hero of numerous Tom Clancy novel-based films, this time played by Chris Pine (Star Trek).
Chris Pine is the new Jack Ryan in ‘Shadow Recruit’.
Showtime at The Pioneer is 8pm nightly.

Another old school hero is also being revived this week, as the new Robocop (rated PG13) opens today (Wednesday) at R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills.
