2013 Kelly's St. Patrick's Day Parade Now Taking Entries

Kelly’s is currently accepting applications to participate in the 2013 St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Nags Head this March.

The annual parade, recognized as the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration in  North Carolina, will take place on Sunday, March 17, starting at 1pm along the NC 12 beach road in Nags Head.

Kelly’s is located at 2316 South Croatan Highway, on the west side of US 158 in Nags Head.

  1. What does the Lost Colony have to do with St. Patricks Day, Spring or the beach? My opinion is that it should represent both St. Patricks and the beaches. Someone I know in the Parade didn’t know about the theme when they signed up and I doubt they were prepared for the theme and though the Lost Colony is a big part of Dare County it just doesn’t seem fitting for St Paddy’s Day….my opinion 🙁
