Weekend Movie Update – Dec. 7, 2012
It’s a relatively light week in theaters, as Gerard Butler plays for keeps and James Bond drops in at The Pioneer, while the world waits for The Hobbit to take over next week.

Skyfall (rated PG13), the 23rd big screen adventure featuring international super spy James Bond, opens at the historic Pioneer Theatre in Manteo, starting this Friday for a one week run.
Daniel Craig’s James Bond is reunited with a familiar looking Aston Martin in ‘Skyfall’.
Showtime is 8pm nightly at The Pioneer.

The only new release showing locally this week is Playing for Keeps (rated PG13), opening Friday at KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills.
