The 36th Annual Dare Day Festival is set for Saturday, June 2nd on the Manteo Waterfront, featuring beach music legends The Embers in concert.

Dare Day is a community event sponsored jointly by Dare County and the Town of Manteo. Beginning at 9am on Saturday, June 2nd, music and smells of food will fill the air as you stroll along the waterfront and the streets of Manteo enjoying the craft and food vendors. Enjoy the afternoon concert with the EMBERS followed by a street dance.
Two stages will host music with plenty of local entertainers and at noon the Town of Manteo and the County of Dare will present the Citizens of the Year awards.
Come join the fun at this free, family-oriented event, where there is something for everyone! The event has many exciting activities including: arts and crafts vendors, children’s activities, stage entertainment and lots of food.
