Beach Music Festival Kicks Off OBX Summer 2012
The annual Outer Banks Beach Music Festival will officially kick off the summer season this Memorial Day weekend in Corolla.
The music event is set for Sunday, May 27th, with a Bear and Wine Festival scheduled for the following Monday, May 28th at The Whalehead Club in Corolla, NC.
The Craig Woolard Band headlines the 2012 OBX Beach Music Festival.
The live lineup for Sunday includes The Holiday Band starting at noon, followed by The Band of Oz at 2pm, and concluding with The Craig Woolard Band at 4:15pm. The gates open at 11am, and coolers are welcome. Tickets are $20 and available online.
The Beer and Wine Festival will take place from 4 to 8pm on Memorial Day Monday and will include performances by The Lil’ Ray Neal Blues Band and Jackie Scott starting at 7pm. Tickets to this event are also available online.
