Kelly's St. Patrick's Day Parade 2012

Get your green on at the 23rd Annual Kelly’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 18th at 1pm on the beach road in Nags Head, rain or shine!

Celebrating The Outer Banks Hospital’s 10th Anniversary & a Decade of Care.  This year’s Theme is “Health is Happiness!”  Following a traditional Irish Blessing, each petal on the Shamrock represents a wish for good health, good luck & much happiness.

Awards include Best Overall, Best Float, Best Band/Music Theme, Best Unity & Best Parade Route Theme.  The parade hosts 100+ entries annually & is viewed by 8-10 thousand bystanders.

The parade runs along the beach road in Nags Head, starting at milepost 11.5 and proceeding north, ending at milepost 10.5 across from Kelly’s.

  1. That is a very handsome group of men. Not only are they handsome, but they are very talented. They represent South Nags Head quite well and you can see them again this year, along with their equally talented neighbors, at Kelly’s St. Patrick Day Parade. Come watch them!
